INTRODUCTION TO THE NEW TESTAMENT

This course provides an introductory and overarching study of the New Testament. It includes all 27 books of the New Testament. The content, historical context, genesis, authorship, and structure of each book are examined. Faithful guidelines are given on how the content should be interpreted and responsibly applied in our modern times.

The focus remains on Christ and his redemptive work. The role of every believer in the church of Christ and what the relationship with God entails is clearly pointed out. The work of the Holy Spirit in every believer and in the spiritual life is examined.
